Cancellation and Refunds
– What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made after paying for space will not be allowed.
Cancellations made by clicking cancel before checking out or by email to info@onyumbani.com before payment will be processed without penalty. Cancellations may take about 24 hours if done through email. However, cancelling from the web application should take about 2 minutes.
– How can I cancel a booking?
Bookings can be cancelled by simply moving to the checkout page of the space you have booked for and finding the cancel button and clicking it.
– Will I receive a refund if I cancel my booking?
If payment has been made, you will not receive a refund. However, before payment, you will be allowed to cancel.
– What happens if the homeowner cancels the booking?
If a homeowner cancels a booking, you may have to search for other spaces available. It is advised that you book more than one home around the location of interest to increase your chances of finding a secure and safe home ready to accept you.
