– How do I make payments for my booking?

After booking a rental space, and receiving confirmation, you will receive a notification of your confirmation where you can easily click and move on to make payment. Kindly fill in the information required and click pay.

– What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay through mobile money or through a trusted bank service

– Is there a deposit required? How is it refunded?

There is no deposit required.

– Are there any additional fees or charges?

A homeowner may add additional fees for cleaning services whether by day or a one-time offer. There may also be additional fees specified by homeowners in case of destruction of any property. These fees will be indicated in the homeowner’s terms of stay and their added home for rental page.
