Listing and Property Information

– How do homeowners list their properties on the platform?

Once homeowners have signed up and signed into the platform, they can move to the top right corner of the page to access the list. Select the “Add New Listing” button where you will be sent to the page to add a property. Follow the procedure and add all required information. After the information has been added, we will confirm your property within the next 24 hours or you will receive an email to provide extra information. Remember that your safety and comfort is our priority so kindly cooperate with us to make the process smoother.

– What information should homeowners provide about their properties?

Homeowners are mandated to provide the: Institution nearby, Type of Home, Property/Item City, Description, Listing Price, Property Media, Property Rooms, Property Bedrooms, Property Bathrooms, Property Address

– Can I view photos and details of the housing space before booking?

Yes, you can scroll through images of the home on the “Homes” page by clicking the arrows on each home card or clicking on the home card to view the images of the home that has been uploaded.
