– How are homeowners verified and screened?

To verify homeowners, we take their national IDs and proof of ownership of a certain property. After, our team moves to the space to have a look of the space and meet with the homeowner to make sure everything is safe for the student.

– What safety measures are in place for both students and homeowners?

Students must upload their student ID, national ID, and a reference letter from a faculty member of the school to prove they are students. The national IDs and proof of ownership is taken from the homeowners to make sure they are credible.

– Are the properties compliant with local safety regulations?

The properties will be checked by our team to make sure they are compliant with local safety regulations.
